Advice on an Akta FPLC purchase - (Apr/01/2015 )

So, am I missing something? What do you do when you want to purify a protein?

i was using it to scout conditions for others to purify their proteins and other compounds. they all know what they need to do now.

i currently don't have a need to purify anything for myself (i've been running a core lab for the past 15 years, among other duties).

however, i used to purify proteins from tissues with classical lc.
