Obtain serum from clotted blood - (Jan/02/2014 )

Gday All,

was given samples by another lab and have blood samples that have been stored in untreated tubes, place in the fridge for a few days and then stored at minus 20 for a few months.

Any idea how to extract serum from the clotted blood?
