What plasmid sizes do you work with for SDM? - (Sep/18/2013 )

Hey, everyone!  I'm curious as to the distribution of plasmid sizes that people are working with on a routine basis when performing site-directed mutagenesis and if you're attempting large indels that require subcloning.
