Software for vector sequence manipulation - (Aug/24/2013 )

Hi guys,

Could someone suggest a software to analysis plasmid, be able to clone, digest. PCR, sequencing ... to install on mac.

I know vector NTI is a good software but I need a free one.

BioEdit perhaps (no idea if it's for Mac too)

edit: Biedit is not for Mac, anyway have a look here for alternatives

Serialcloner seems quite nice

I use ApE (A plasmid Editor, freeware) that works on PC, Mac and Linux.
