Quick ImageJ question - (Apr/07/2013 )

Hi people,
got a quick (and urgent) ImageJ question. I've measured lengths with the Line Tool and Ctrl+M (Measure). Now I got a table with values. Are these values by default in pixel or what unit are they in ? Didn't find the info via google now.

Hi there

It's been a while I don't use ImageJ, but I recall there was an option to convert image pixels to real size by creating a new line for the scale and assigning to it the real length (microscope pictures usually come out with that on the bottom right).

Usually given in pixels unless you have supplied a conversion factor.
