How to Join two PCR products - (Nov/27/2012 )

Hi
I need to join two PCR products in to a single one. I have heard about fusion PCR but I have never used it before. Any body has any idea about how to design primers to fuse two PCR products?

Thank you Metaller Scientist. My one question is that is it necessary to introduce overlap sequence in both PCR products if yes much nucleotides we should add in both products to be fused?

you can either add them or your reverse primer of first PCR product must be complementary to forward primer of second PCR product. It takes time to fully absorb this, take your time and read.
