bisulfite PCR有对照DNA,BISuifite 处理过程关键步骤，和纯化过程需注意为何，多谢

Hi,
You said you use QIAEXII gel extraction KIt to purify your DNA. I don't think that kit is suitable for this purpose. As I said in another thread, I found silica purification is better than column method.
Can you get any band with Clark's DNA? If yes, then the problem is your DNA.
Here are some tips:
Always hot start your PCR reaction (manually or use some special Tag such as the one from Sigma)
For BSP, the number of cycles can go up to 45
Start with 2ug DNA and elute in 40 ul water or TE and use 2 ul as template for a 20 ul PCR reaction.
