How to predict the number of binding site (along with sequence of binding site) - (Aug/30/2012 )

Hi All,

I need one favor. Can you please send me link of any online server. I want to predict the number of binding site (along with sequence of binding site) in mouse genome by my gene of interest.

i.e. my gene of interest is 'A', I want see the number of gene regulated by A by binding of this on promoter or other regulatory sequence.

Please suggest me.
