I want to know about lab techniques - (Dec/12/2011 )

HI friends,tell me the basic techniques for lab

pipetting, weighing, measuring and turning on and off are the general techniques. how you use them depends on your purposes and available equipment.

To be similar general: counting and observing also belong to the general techniques.

also how to find protocols and more importantly, how to follow protocols.....
and for the really motivated: how to read the user manuals....

and I forgot: separating/isolating and purifying stuff (cells, molecules, etc)
