ImageJ help - (Nov/19/2011 )

Hey guys,

For some reason, when i used imageJ and select the first lane, i then move the box onto the next lane, hit select next lane and it identifies it as being the first lane, not changing to the one i selected.

any help?

btw this only happens to some of my blots, the other ones it works so im mega confused lol

ImageJ doesn't like when the box you select is too wide compared to its height. Does a window pop up asking you if your lanes are horizontal? Basically, you need to either make the box less wide or taller or else it assumes your gel is turned sideways and thus keeps going back to the first lane.
