GTPgammaS question - (Oct/27/2011 )

HI everybody,

I would like to know if somebody could help me with the GTPgammaS tecnique.
I'm try to find a good and detailed protocol.Does anybody know where I can find it?

Another question: I'm going to use the GTPgamma 35S (radiactive), does someone know what kind of scintillation liquid I need and Why? Could someone suggest me a vendor?

do you have any scintillation fluid available? you would use the same fluid that you use for 14C.

we use biodegradable fluids that we purchase from national diagnostics but most vendors sell biodegradable fluids.
