Hello guys,

I have been reading all the topics in the group of DNA methylation. There is an affirmation that I judge quite of intriguing:
"Sense primer usually only give worse results than reverse primer." Could someone explain me why? I am not able to see the logic on that.

me neither, but in my hands it certainly happens more often than by chance.
