Review for USCN ELISA kits needed - (Jan/03/2011 )

Hello,
I was curious whether anyone has tried the ELISA kits from USCN Life Sciences Inc. Did the ELISA kit work and was it specific for the selected protein of interest? The kit is expensive and I just want to hear some feedback before I purchase from this company. Thanks!

Before I would shell out $800 for an Elisa kit I would obtain the package insert from them and other companies that make the same or similar kit and compare performance characteristics:

Inter,intra assay CV, sensitivity, specificity, cross reactivity, spike and recovery, and any methods comparison information.

If information is not supplied with the kit that covers these areas...buyer beware!
