Quantification of PCR products - (Aug/23/2010 )

Hi I should do a quantification of my PCR products but I don't know what kind of buffer can I use as "BLANK".
Some one can help me?

You must clean up the pcr reaction prior to quantification. The pcr reaction has excess dNTPs and primers which will falsely read as product. Clean up on a spin column, or quantify by measuring the intensity of the band on a gel (probably best, since you also know the product is the right size).
