Hi,

I always wondering is single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) or copy number variants (CNVs) plays a more essential role in a major source of genetic variability in humans, with a significant impact on both normal and disease-related phenotypic variation?

Of course,you can detect chromosomal aberrations with SNP&CNV beadchips.Your mean phenotyping charecters such as eyes color,skin color.. or phenotyping charecters such as down syndrome, angelman syndrome..etc
